Exact diagnosis the condition has to be confirmed.
You should be examined clinically and exclude haemorrhoids.
You should take plenty of liquids, high fiber diet, fresh and green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Along with above measures,Ointment containing Diltiazem has to be used locally.
If there is no response, Surgery has to be done.
