Question : my 5 year old son is having cold and very much cough he is continuously coughing I was giving him homropathy plz suggest good medicine. I have asthalin at home.

Cough and cold for 5 days suggests upper respiratory tract infection.

In my opinion, you can give cough syrup like syrup chericof 5 ml three times a day for 3 days. If cough persists then antibiotic like cedpodoxime needs to be given.

If cough persists then get child examined by a doctor.
