Question : Hello mam I am 27 weeks pregnant. I got heavy cold because of dust. It's very difficult for me to breath because my nose got blocked. Shall I use the tablet dolo650?

Hello dear.
Again, nice to hear from you.
Of course , you can take Dolo 650, but that is a medicine used to treat fever and inflammation.
It is not the perfect anti cold medication.
I can suggest some alternative ones, which you may try.
Diominic - DA or Sumo Cold are good alternatives.
Also, try and stick to natural remedies as far as possible.
Avoid exposure to dust , since you are prone to allergy and cold.
Take steam inhalation three times a day with Vicks / eucalyptus oil in it.
Take hot soup with ginger and black pepper and tulsi.
Use Salin ( plain saline ) nasal drops to decongest your nasal passages.
Cold takes its own course, and will be better in a few days.
You can take the tablets I have suggested for symptomatic relief until then.
If there is a sore throat, gargle with hot salt water 5 - 6 times a day.
You will be better in a few days.
