Brief Answer:
For congestion and stuffy nose.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.
I have gone through your query.Respules should be given by inhalation according to the weight of infant if bronchospasm is there. It can be just nasal congestion also.Initially i start with asthalin syrup.Usually i give 2.5ml for 10 kg babies. If bronchospasm is severe then respules inhalation is advised but usually with combination of oxygen.
If you give excess of respule inhalation infant can get palpitation. It is better to have a visit to pediatrician or Emergency room to rule out any respiratory infection. In such case antibiotics will be needed also.It is also safe to give nebulization in emergency room if needed.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks
