Brief Answer:
Plantar fasciitis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This could most probably be plantar fasciitis.

It hurts the most with the first few steps because the plantar fascia is tight and has not stretched out yet, and throughout the day it loosens up. The best thing you can do is when you wake up in the morning, before getting out of bed and taking a step, give yourself a little foot rub.

There are many things you can try to help your feet get better:

Give your feet a rest. Cut back on activities that make your feet hurt. Try not to walk or run on hard surfaces.

Use shoes with good arch support and a cushioned sole.

To reduce pain and swelling, try putting ice on your feet. Or take an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen (Motrin).
I hope this answers your query.

Thanks doctor. I can understand that I am suffering from plantar fasciitis from last 1-2 year. It started from my heal and now reached to foot part above heel.
I can avoid too much walking.
Can you suggest some specific shoe brand and model which I can use?

Brief Answer:
You will have to choose model yourself.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The shoes can be suggested only after a direct physical examination. Get HEEL PADS, wear them at heels, and wear soft sole shoes.
This would off-load your heels of the pressure generated from body weight and will reduce inflammation, swelling and pain.
The HEEL PADS/ HEEL CUSHIONS of soft rubber orthosis and multiple designs and softness grades are available. Typical good quality stuff would give a feel of jelly like softness and flexibility.
Hope my answer is helpful.
