Question : I am8/18/17. extremely constipated. Have not had a bowel movement since last Friday. When I go to the bath room I only pass gas and some clear fluids.

As per your query most likely you are having severe constipation with overlapping impacted stools.A fecal impaction is a large lump of dry, hard stool that remains stuck in the rectum.
