I read your message and understood your problem.

Constipation and belly pain are closely related to each other. As you are unable to have bowel movements, lots of pressure is put on the intestinal walls because of the accumulation of stools and gas inside the intestines and causes abdominal discomfort or pain.

Considering your age, my advice is that my must identify the cause of your constipation. Watch over the drugs you take and what chronic diseases you have. Pain drugs, iron pills, and the overuse of laxatives may cause constipation. Also, changes in diet and eating a lot of dairy products may lead to constipation.

I think you must keep a healthy diet full of fibers all the time in order to prevent constipation.
