Brief Answer:
Have you made any dietary changes?
Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.
I have reviewed your information fully. With a normal colonoscopy findings, there is no need to panic. For sure, you do not have any cancer at this time. The best way forward would be to make dietary changes. I will recommend you increase fluids, fiber and vegetable intake. IN addition, exercise often. If these measures fail, I will recommend taking a laxative on as needed basis. Finally, avoid as much as possible processed food and meals with little fiber.
I hope this guides and helps. Try it out and let me know how this is evolving. Feel free to follow up with me for more clarifications if need be.
