Question: The child is an infant (Male) and he is 3 months and 8 days old.

Symptoms:
1. The child has not passed stool after 3rd Sep Saturday afternoon.
2. A bit of watery vomit sometimes along with fat milk that comes out after breastfeed. Burp is fine.

Other details:
1. The urine is normal, no fever, taking burps after feeding, sleeping fine, not cranky.
2. Allergy: None observed
3. Medicine given: None
4. Activities: Normal

Hi...It is common for babies of this age to pass motion even once in 7 days. If you are feeding the baby by formula feeding also then this issue will be even more pronounced.

Nothing to worry if the baby is feeding normally and passing urine normally without green or bilious vomiting.

Hope your other kid's fever has settles now (about whom we interacted on August 26th).
