                                    Brief Answer:
Dulcolax suppository per rectum will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Does she always have habitual constipation ?
As such, Duphalac should help.
If it has not helped, she can insert one suppository of Dulcolax into the rectum at night, it will help in stool evacuation in the morning.
Furthermore, she should modify her diet to avoid regular constipation.
Daily intake of atleast 5 litres of water, fresh fruits with skin, green leafy vegetables not overcooked , XXXXXXX fibre - all are a must.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
