Brief Answer:
Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fibre supplements

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concerns. I would need to ask you whether you take plenty of green leafy vegetables in your diet. If not, that could be a possible cause of your constipation. In that case, other than laxatives or stool softeners, I would suggest you to take fibre supplements or other sources of dietrary fibres. It forms the bulk of the stool and without it constipation may result. That will also reduce the gas and bloating.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant. It is good for health. We usually give 400 IU per day when we supplement it. 150 IU is fine and not high by any standards even though the average and standard daily dietary requirements might be less. CoQ10 is another antioxidant but this one has specific roles. Unless for a definite purpose, I do not think that you need to supplement it.

Hope that helps.

Regards
