Hello.
Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I can understand your concern.
It may be IBS-C that is IBS with prediminant constipation.
I will suggesyt you to take lots of fibres and fluids in your diet. May add psyllium fibres also. Fibres will make bulky and soft stool.
If still not relieved then may add polyethylene glycol which I found very useful in my patients with constipation. Dose you need to titrate according to the response. You may start with two teaspoon at night after dissolving it in a glass of water.
Avoid food that are made from maida, fruits like banana, in stead take pappaya. Also do regular exercise may be simple walk daily. Take lots of fruits and vegetables also. Drink cleaner water.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health
this may be due to diet
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. This may happen because of diet. So there is nothing surprising. IIBS-C means that most of the time one feel constipated.
If you dont have any further query, you may close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you a good health.
tylenol or shingles dont lead to this
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. Sorry for delay. No tylenol or shingles do not lead to change in stool consistency. It appears that there may be IBS-C rather than IBS-A as frequency of hard or formed stool in you is more than loose stool frequency. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health
