Question : Constipation is a problem but has become Severe Constipation since last few Days. Pain in Legs between Knee and Foot due to this.
Need some kind of premanent Solution to this Problem.

DUPHALAC FIBER 100ML SOLUTION was recommened by Dr. XXXXXXX from Health Care Magic Only in October this Year.

Thank you for your query
I understand your concerns
We will need to do some basic evaluation like thyroid function tests, stool occult blood for three days.
This will enable us to rule out other causes of constipation which can be treated differently.
Also try the following things which will help you in long run:-
-Increase your water intake
-Exercise regularly
-Take high fibre diet like salads fruits
-Avoid smoking tobacco if any
-Can take lactifibre powder 2 tsp at night after consulting your physician
If symptoms still are persistent, then need to visit a gastroenterologist who might ask for a colonoscopy to rule out other causes of constipation
