Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With constipation, these symptoms of difficulty passing stools etc are very common. You need to get evaluated for any primary cause of constipation. Some baseline workups like x ray defecography, anal manometry, rectal examination and colonoscopy will help.

Rest i want you to know that constipation is not curable, its just manageable and needs lifelong adjustments in diet and lifestyle, More fiber in diet, more fluids in a day upto 3 litres , more exercise, good bowel habits, compliant use of laxatives and stool softeners, avoidance of processed foods, coffee, alcohol, tea, soda, beverages etc that triggers bowel constipation. Talk to your physician and let them discuss all possible options of constipation treatment for you and let them decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
