Question : Severe cough and cold since 4 days.. Little fever as well

Detailed Answer:
Hello

This is the flu/viral infection season and it looks like that you have caught a viral infection.

Please don't worry as most of the infections subside in 7 to 8 days.
You must take good rest and keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of fluids. You can take steam inhalation thrice a day to help decongest your nose and chest.

I would also recommend taking tablet cetrizine 10 mg at night for 5 days for the cold and tablet paracetamol 500mg 2 to 3 times a day for the fever.
For the cough I recommend taking syrup benadryl 2 teaspoon twice a day however please discuss this with your doctor.

If the fever becomes more than 101 degree faranheit or the discharge becomes yellow or you develop chest tightness or difficulty in breathing then you must meet your doctor immediately.
