Question : hi, please suggest what is the meaning of 1/2 in the attached image for cold and cough medicine.

Medicine are safe to use and has no side effect.
In the prescription medicine adviced are
Aconite 30 and belladona 30 followed by the word 1/2 oz.
1/2 oz means half ounze (ounce) this denotes the size of bottle. Bottes are avilable in many size so its a routine practice to write size of bottle for the medicine.

my son is having cold vid very much watery nose n cough n I HV aconite bottle given by Dr but I forgot how much has to be given. plz suggest

You may give aconite 30 6 pills or two drops on the tongue three times in a day.
I would also suggest you to add allium cepa 30 6 pills 3-4 times in a day. Medicine is indicated in cold with watery discharge from nose.

Take medicine for 7 days and he will be alright.
