                                    Brief Answer:
You should go to hospital to rule out any food stuck or injury.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.
In my opinion , you should go to hospital to rule out any food stuck or injury in upper GIT or trachea. Get endoscopy done .Most of times hard food causes only erosion or tear .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
get investigation like endoscopy done in hospital to rule out any stuck food or injury .
Till then use antacid syrup like gelusil to get some relief & continue Motrin .
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
