Brief Answer:
It may last for a week or so

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Most often such symptoms are due to viral infections. The medicines are proper. Also give steam inhalation to your child. Water vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the cough and thus would provide relief. You need to give Meftal P to bring down the temperature. Meftal-P (mefenamic acid) which is effective. Also use tepid sponging. Giving some antiallergic like cetirizine will help. Levolin will take care of any wheezing.

Please be patient, it should spontaneously resolve in 5-7 days.

Brief Answer:
Nasal blockage is the problem

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
Cetirizine drops will help in controlling the runny nose. The crankiness and difficulty in sleeping is likely to be due to the present illness and not due to teething. The discomfort during feeding is likely to be due to nasal blockage and applying saline drops (like Nasoclear) in each nostril should take care of it. So long as the baby is active and playful, you need not worry.
