Question : I had an abcess tooth just finished antibiotics now have a sever cough and mild see throat. Cough even to point of throwing up. Have had acid reflux ass well. Feeling awful with headache. Sry for typos.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed this information and it is suggestive of a possible Ibuprofen induced gastritis. I will suggest that you stop this medication and take omeprazole to control the acid problem. Cough, especially without mucus production and sore throat are typical of acid related disease. Try this drug and let me know how you are doing within 24-48hours of starting it. Also, add tylenol to substitute for the ibuprofen.
