Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Throat Infection

So my throat infection seems to be over - without taking antibiotics luckily. So now back to "normal" life :)
I am sure I have mentioned this to you before.
I have heavy breathing. And as I am seeing my doctor wednesday, I want your opinion first.
1: I can be kind of heavy over chest. And just a little movement is enough to feel really hard to breath. Heavy in a way. Its hard to draw air in. I also cough a bit, and there is mucus that is hard to get up from chest etc. It is heavy/hard to breath just when sitting in sofa, but walking a couple stairs makes it worse, and just small things is enough. Sometimes I feel like just standing upright is enough. It is really bothersome. Feel like I got KOLS.
2: When get heavy breath, It also makes a "wheezing" sound from throat. Like sounds like upper throat. Like there is something in there.
3: If I move upper body from side to side, like rotate just upper body, or move arms in boxing kind of way, it influences my lounges. It squeezes air in and out, and then makes the same kind of wheezing sound.
4: The mornings. I can not do anything that gets my heartrate up in the mornings. Example someth9ng happens outside so i have to run out, i get very very high pulse and feel like passing out, legs shaky etc. I know its normal to get higher puls but this is not normal reaction. Also some days, I get palpitations several hours during first hours of morning. They last for a while, and I cant get the pulse down. Then suddenly, it just is over. Thinking heart flimmer.
My doc says I have silent reflux. I understand online that it can give asthma symptoms. And the strangling feelng in throat. But I feel lke its more than the throat now, its heavy over chest as well. Can I have that in addition to loungue decease for example?
Can it be that i have heartfailure, even though through the last 7 months I have taken ultrasound of heart, and xray of chest?
Next wednesday I am going to a endo because I have so low vbloodpressure a cardiologst recommended going to check my adrenals.
This is hard for you to answer of course, but any pointers would be good!
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome back to HCM my friend!
I am glad you are better now, even without taking antibiotics!
Now, I carefully passed through all your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to an upper respiratory tract infection, or inflammation of the upper airways.
You have passed through a viral tonsillitis. This means that the infection is still there and can spread through the airways (which are in close contact with the tonsils).
The inflammation can cause the produce of excessive mucus and the feeling that you can not breathe.
From the other hand, viral infections can also cause generalized symptoms in your musculo-skeletal system, leading to fatigue and low muscular performance. This can be associated to difficulty breathing (inspiration mainly), exaggerated heart response (increased heart rate) during physical activity, etc.. These symptoms usually resolve spontaneously in a couple of weeks (just like your throat pain).
Anyway, I would recommend performing some tests if this problem persists:
- a lung X ray study and respiratory function tests
- an arterial blood gas analysis
- a complete blood count for anemia
- allergy tests may also be needed, because an allergic reaction can cause difficulty breathing and other symptoms similar to yours.
Gastro-esophageal reflux can also trigger this symptomatology. You should know that during lying down position (mainly when sleeping) the gastric acid which turns back from your stomach (because of gastro-esophageal reflux), may go up your mouth or pharinx and then in small amounts in your airways, causing irritation and inflammation, which lead to increased cough and mucus production.
In such case better treatment of gerd (antiacids, omeprazole, etc.), can relieve your symptoms.
Regarding any possible heart failure, I would exclude this possibility, because your symptoms are really atypical of heart failure and your recent cardiac ultrasound has shown a normal heart function and structure. I would not recommend repeating another ultrasound, because it would be unnecessary.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal, whenever you have any other questions!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

My answer as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the additional infection.
In such case you should focus on these issues:
1- a chronic allergic reaction
2- gastro-esophageal reflux
3- an electrolyte imbalance including vitamin D deficiency.
In any case a chest X ray study coupled with respiratory function tests would be necessary to exclude a chronic lung disorder.
Avoiding smoking contacts is also helpful in this clinical situation.
If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask me!
Best wishes,
Dr. Iliri

Its interesting you mention vitamin d. It has been low before
I did a chest xray for lungs recently. Was fine they Said.
