Question : My kid 1 year old is suffering from cold and cough. I have been giving him relent but cough has just increased what should I do

Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

What you were given include antipyretic and antihistamine. If cough is not coming down after two days of starting these drugs, we have to reevaluate and review the treatment.
This may either indicate associated airway reactivity (which need addition of bronchodilators) or bacterial respiratory tract infection (which needs addition of antibiotics).
So kindly get back to your doctor for reevaluation and treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile, keep him away from cold,dust,fan,ac vent etc.These will increase airway reactivity.
