Brief Answer:
Seems to be asthma attack and needs evaluation in-person!!!

Detailed Answer:
Warm Welcomes. I appreciate your trust in HCM and assure you are on best portal on the globe for expert online medical services.
I have thoroughly reviewed health query you raised, and well realize all of those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

The wheez you are talking about is hallmark of Asthma and is called an expiratory Wheeze. This is produced when air is coming out of the lungs in a flow, but the airways are narrowed due to asthma and there is not enough space for the gush of air to come out fast. This creates a wheezing sound on expiration.

You need to consult a Pulmonologist for thorough evaluation and management. If I was your treating physician I would have go for a thorough physical examination and some tests including lung function tests and after that I would have gone for initiation of the asthma medications for you. Those medications include the ones which affect on the airways to make them patent for air to come in and go out easily (these are short and long acting medications), PLus, antiallergics, corticosteroids for resolution of the airways inflammation and faster recovery, mucolytics to make the mucous thin.

Bronchitis can also be a superadded factor and if found on investigations can also be treated with antibiotics like Azithromycin if not allergic to.

Hope I addressed all the concerns you have. Let me know if you have further questions. I will be more than happy to clear any doubts. Please give your 'rating' (if agreed, Five Stars) to help me assist patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to click on 'Close The Discussion'.
