Question : My 1.5 year old baby is coughing a lot and sometimes with mucus coming out of nose. She does not have any fever. Can you please suggest any cough syrup or any other medicine for her

Most often such symptoms are due to viral infection which usually have an allergic component associated. I would give her Relent Plus (contains cetirizine) 1.5 ml once daily for a few days. Also give steam inhalation. It will help in diluting the cough and would provide relief.
