This could be due to respiratory tract infection.

I had gone through your question.

This could be due respiratory tract infection.
I recommend the following.
1) Complete the antibiotic course.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) An expectorant cough syrup. The syrup you are using currently is for dry cough.
4) Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
5) Avoid smoking. If you don't have this habit, kindly ignore this suggestion.

thank u sir,
seven days before I suffered with sever cold.. running nose, immediately I went to nearest clinic ... prescribed me monocef o 200 mg... Tusq-d.. 5 days course.
now 5 days course completed.. presently I am suffering with severe cough with sputum.. no fever or any side effects. pls . advise me good medicines for cough.
