Brief Answer:
Since you are not having much symptoms, no need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You had normal chest x ray 3 weeks back.
So mottled opacities in right lower lung is mostly due to lung infection.
But you are not having much symptoms like fever, chest pain, expectoration, breathlessness etc.
So no need to worry for this opacities.
I would suggest you to get done repeat chest x ray after 3 weeks. If opacities are decreasing then no need to worry. But if opacities are static or increasing then consult pulmonologist.
So at present it is not a serious thing.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

In my opinion, you should not worry much. Just get done repeat chest x ray after 3 weeks. For this chest pain, apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
