Brief Answer:
Ropinirole , antiparkinson drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Ropinirole is not an anti seizure or anti epileptic drug. Its an antiparkinson drug which is also used in RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). Spine examination should be done. I would advise checking the complete blood count, basic metabolic panel, electrolyte levels, CPK, uric acid, ESR/CRP and ANA to look for a possible cause. If none is found then addition of a muscle relaxant like tizanidine or a benzodiazepine like bromezepam would help resolve the spastic inner thighs. If there is no improvement in symptoms then nerve conduction studies and electromyography can be advised.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks

In March 2003 I had spinal injury when I fell off a 6' step ladder at work. I ended up with 4 back surgeries and now ever 6 months they do burning of the nerve endings. I have nerve damage on my right side and on Flexil for muscle spasm which is doing nothing to help with cramping which is on my left as well as my right side. This has bern going on for several months now and getting worse. I take multi- vitamins as well as other supplements to try and help with the always tired feeling as well as yrying to biuld my body up.I hate to complane that's just not me. I'm just so tired of always being in pain. The doctors i'm seeing arent listening to me or not understanding what is going on. How can i get them to run the test for what i need and not just another pill yo mask the problem.
