Question : I have severe epusodes of diarreah and then severe constipation with severe gas and bloading. ?

After reading your post, I would suggest that you can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief. A probiotic will have added benefits.

THank you dr. I taje protonux 40 mg. alteady what is domperidone and is that in a rx form or over the counter ? Also im lactose untilerance and gave taken yakult but it seems to cause more gas ?
