Brief Answer:
Stomach infection due to finger sucking
Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM. Can understand your concerns.
At 7 months of age, teeth starts to erupt and as a result due to sensation of teeth, child puts his fingers and other things in mouth. This results in stomach infection.
The medicines that your doctor has prescribed are correct and you should continue this medicines as advised.
After your child is fully recovered from stomach infection, you should start vitamin D drops till 1 year of age. This will help in early eruption of teeth and prevent stomach infection.
I hope this will help you. Wishing your child good health. Take care.
