Question : I have been experiencing watery diarrhea for the past 48 hrs. Occasional stomach pains that last for a couple of minutes. No fever. No other symptoms other than being tired and a little dehydrated but trying to drink lots of water.

Diarrhea you are experiencing is likely due to Gastroenteritis due to viral infection.
Management is by staying hydrated.Drik plenty of fluids containing electrolytes like Gatorade. Follow liquid diet like soup for next 24 hours. Once you feel better you can introduce soft diet like BRAT diet (Banana, Rice, Apple sauce and Toast).
You can take Buscopan 10 mg up to three times daily to help with stomach cramps. Diarrhea usually subsides in next 3-4 days.
