Question : About 6 weeks I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. Everything was fine. Within the last 10 days I been having minor diaharria with dry heaves. Very uncomfortable!

I read your question and i understand your concern. With minor diarrhea and normal colonoscopy and endoscopy, i would say there is nothing to worry about. Just take supportive and symptomatic measures . Use BRAT diet (Banana , rice, applesauce and toast) , pomegranate juices, green tea, peppermint and yogurt. Take imodium, take some pepto . Supportive home remedies and avoiding trigger foods like coffee, spices, fatty foods, dairy products etc should be avoided. I am sure it wil help.
