Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea

Question: I have had diahhrea for couple days. Then I would go pee and I would feel it drop out and it would be fresh blood with what looked like mucus with it. This only happened 3 times and wonder if its anything to worry about? I have had a colonoscopy 3 yrs. ago.
