Question : I have been suffering from diarrhea for the last 4 days. After taking Ridol it stopped but I ate some rice porridge ...plain and it is back! Not as bad as day 1 and Day 2. I have to eat something, right??

I have gone through the details you have provided.Yes you need to eat. Fasting is not a good thing for diarrhoea I would suggest that you take a soft diet ricer is fine . Take plenty of fluids if the symptoms persist beyond 7 days visit your doctor.
Take more curds and butter milk these should help you with your symptoms
