Question : i woke up with diarrhea this morning. i have emptied myself out to where practically clear fluid is all that's left. i did notice in the last few stools there were small black specs that seem to have a little tails, almost like a very small tadpole. Thoughts?

These black spots could be one of three--

either there has been some bleeding in upper part of intestines like stomach which alters in color to black as it comes down.

Or it could be worms.

Or it could be some undigested food particle.

Best way to find out is to get a stool examination done.
Take Loperamide and electrolyte fluids if the watery stools persist.
