Question : I've been having wierd sensations in my neck. When I lay down, it feels like my neck is swelling and circulation is being cut off and I feel a lot of pressure.

I feel concerned about your health.

In My opinion, based on the limited facts of your query-you seem to suffer from Sprained Neck with discomfort in Neck Muscles from Muscle spasm with Cervical Spondylitis.

I would suggest you to get the X-ray of Neck and or / CT study of Neck to understand any problems.
Please Consult Ortho-Surgeon / or Surgeon to assess the neck discomfort after physical examination.
Keep Me updated after the report from your doctors and X-ray or / Ct reports of your Neck Muscles.

Remedy-
Suggested plan of health care is as follows-

Hot Fomentation x 1 week.
Voltaren Gel locally.
Tab Flexeril 2 per day x 1 week
Tab Zicovit 1 per day x 1 week

Infra red fomentation- x 1 week if need be.
