Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness And Headache

Question: I fell this morning in the bathtub/shower... I hit my head, nice lump and bruise already formed on front left forehead area. I also bruised my leg pretty severely - two one inside inner thigh and another inside knee both the size of 1.5 decks of cards. I am traveling on business at the moment, in London, flying this afternoon to Amsterdam and then on Friday returning to the USA. I feel fine, no odd pupil dialation or dizziness, headache - I feel fine. Leg is sore, but wanted to check.? I have to leave for the airport and need to know your thoughts asap, please!

*Nothing to worry at all dear just take necessary precautions :
@ Maintain your hydration with plenty of liquids.
@ Apply ice 3-4 times a day on affected parts whenever possible.
@ Can take analgesic like Acetaminophen in severe pain or moderate pain
otherwise as per your narration you are steady enough physically & mentally
that you don`t require even that also.
@ Avoid rubbing harshly while bathing for sometime till it recovers.
