Brief Answer:
Not to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

There is nothing to worry about.
Since you have been drinking, it would have caused irritation of stomach lining (gastritis) and also gastroesophageal reflux. These might have caused all your symptoms.

What you have vomited could be possibly partially digested food particle.

Take Omeprazole twice a day before food.

Get medical attention if you are vomiting blood, if your stool is black or if you continue to feel drowsy.

Regards,
Dr.R.K
