Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness and near fainting out after standing from laying or sitting are most likely to be related to a condition known as postural hypotension.
It is a condition often related to dehydration, endocrine problems, heart conditions ( bradychardia ) etc.
So, it is necessary to get evaluated further by tests ( measurement of blood pressure in laying, sitting and standing position, tilt table test ), cardiac and endocrine work up, in order to understand better your condition.
Discuss initially with your primary care Doctor about these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
 You are welcome.
