Suggest Treatment For Severe Dizziness

Question: I am 67, have been healthy. I now get occasional severe dizzy spells. Dr did halter monitor and said I likely need pacemaker. Does that sound correct?

Dizziness could be because of slow pulse rate, which is also called as sick sinus syndrome. This may worsen with time and may lead to syncope.
This is confirmed on holter monitoring which shows bradycardia along with sinus pauses. So you should upload the holter report, so that I can provide you second opinion.
