Question: I feel light headed and dizzy in the mornings when I drive to work. I also feel my ears start to pop as if I'm on an air plane. The feeling usually goes away in the afternoon hours. (12, 1 or 2pm)

Brief Answer:
Sinus problems to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Sinus problems such inflammation of sinuses caused by infection, allergies, impaired drainage (deviations, adenoids), etc. should be taken into consideration in your case.

Effusions of the middle ear and changes of blood pressure also can result in such symptoms.

It is necessary to get evaluated by an ENT Doctor since your issues seem to arise from sinus problems, in order to understand better your condition.

Monitoring of blood pressure for few days also is necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
