Question : serious dry cough from four days, first came to my family members, they got cured and then it attacked me.

I have gone through your query; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the acute pharyngitis.

In this condition I personally prescribed you
1. Antibiotic Azithromycin 250mg twice a day.
2. Tablet Fexofenadine 120mg once a day and
3. Antiseptic mouth gargles twice a day for at least five days after consulting with your ENT Specialist.
