Brief Answer:
Infection can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by several issues. The most probable reason is some mild gastrointestinal infection. So you should start with improving good intestinal bacteria. Especially if the symptoms have started after antibiotics intake or some travel abroad.
If so, please start probiotic intake. You should also consider Rifaximine treatment.

If this wont help, the next step is stool test and stool culture test. Depending of this tests result, colonoscopy might be necessary to rule out inflammatory bowels disease.

In a meanwhile please eliminate milky products from your diet as lactose intolerance can be the case as well.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
