Brief Answer:
Stress management is need of hour

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

As you might be knowing that panic disorder is associated with significant autonomic arousal which may drain your energy to the level of having collapse. The after effects of panic attack can continue from hours to weeks provided there is no treatment.
I mean to say that tired feeling is the likely result of panic attack last weekend.

For getting more energy it is most important to have stress management. Despite the panic attack episode take it easy and involve yourself in all activities which interests you.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
