Thanks. I have thyroidectomy in 2005. Stent on my middle right artery 2014. I have mild diastolic dysfunction. My latest lab showed A1c 5.3. And no anemia. I am going to have a adrenal test done this week and neurologist consult in January. I have never ever felt this tired. It consume me. My head feels like cement inside. I feel dizzy a lots. Brief Answer:
Stress induced headache and dizziness

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Stress induced headache , dizziness and tiredness is a likely possibility. However, i would suggest you to repeat your thyroid profile and calcium , hemoglobin levels.

If all found normal, you would need to start on anti anxiety drugs and SSRI group of drugs like Escitalopram.

I would advice you to consider yoga and meditation for stress.

If you have any further query, please ask me.

Thanks. I like your answer. I am now on doxepin 25 mg and also on lorezapam 2 mg which do nothing for me. I like to get off lorezapam first before I try this medication that you recommended. But I have hard time doing it. I like to look into meditation but yoga make me dizzy when I tried to move my head too much. Btw, I forget to mention to you that I am so craving of salty stuffs which I have never like it before, what is the cause of it. Thanks varshney! I appreciate your answer,

By the way, this is the best time of my life. I have zero stress. Nerologist did mention once that I might have silent migraine when I have a mild symptoms like this. But this is 3 times worse. I also sleep poorly as doxepin and lorezapam do not help me to sleep anymore. I have been taking these med for 20 years. I am thinking I might have chronic fatigue syndrome or adrenal fatigue syndrome. What do you think.

The fatigue seems to be worse right after eating. I literally feel like a drunk after I eat. My A1C is 5.3. I am also test for lyme desease. The result will be in tomorrow. I will repeat my thyroid test that you recommended.

Brief Answer:
Try meditation

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Since you have been anti depressants for long, i won't recommend stopping any drug abruptly without advice of your treating Physician.

In such case, you cab discuss with your doctor about adding you up on a new class of drug called opipramol, which shows wonderful results in such tirdeness not being explained by any other disease.

One of the reason of tiredness could be lack of sleep, that is disturbed sleep.

Chronic fatigue syndrome is a possibility, but it is also a part of stress related disorders and Opipramol should help you in this too.

I hope it helps you.
Good Luck.
