Brief Answer:
Cellulitis, wisdom tooth infection, medication, tooth extraction

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query. As far as the infection that has spread to neck region is concerned, it can be because of the wisdom tooth infection that has resulted in cellulitis. Nothing to be panic, consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole combination (if you are not allergic ). Do saline gargling. Do not apply pressure or hot things over the swelling.
You need to get the wisdom tooth removed once the infection subsides.
I hope I have answered your query. if you have any queries reply me back.Take care.
