Question : For a year, I have been experiencing smelly involuntary intestinal gas release which feels like small bubbles. i only feel it when it escapes. please help me.I have been taking digestive enzymes and probiotics for a year. I do not think they helped at all.

1. I pass small amounts every 2 minutes. It is worse when I sit down.
2. I used to have fat malabsorption 6 months ago after drinking kefir. I used to have pudding-like stools. my stools are now solid and dark brown.
3.no cramps.
4. no other issues besides the anxiety I have received from it.
5. I had alcohol twice. It irritated my bowels so I stopped. It's been two months since my last drink. I do not smoke.
6. I was tested for ova and other parasites. I had a colonoscopy with biopsy too. they all came up as negative. I had an aspartame breathe test but it was negative too. I had gas-x, omeprazole, and nothing worked. I have taken probiotics to relieve the gas. so far, I barely have any gas build up but the small amounts cannot be stopped. I have tried low fodmap dieting and protein.

my diet is already restricted to low fat foods. I also drink plenty of water. Doctor also said my sphincter was tight. I can control the release of stool but not the gas. I believe stress and anxiety cannot be avoided because I have to attend class. i get anxiety because everyone says I stink.
