Question : Hi, i have a severe toe nail fungus i have been unable to treat succesfully with over the counter medications, i have it on both big toes an now on my right hand little finger, i have lost part of the nail on my left foot and i think i am going to loose my fingernail...thanks

For nail fungal infections you need to take oral antifungal medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to start with tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily for 12-16 weeks.
This is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
