Brief Answer:
Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

It looks like Irritable bowel syndrome. Do you have any associated symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhoea.

I would suggest you to follow these home remedies before taking any medicines;

- Reduce stress by deep breathing, walking and jogging exercises.

- Drink plenty of water.

- Increase fiber intake in your diet such as spinach, carrots, cucumber, apple and buttermilk to reduce bloating.

- Have small frequent and regular meals.

- Limit tea/coffee to once or twice a day.

There is a prescription drug Mebeverine which will help reduce the symptoms of IBS. I would suggest you to meet your physician for a detailed examination and diagnosis before starting the medication.

I hope this answered your query.
