Question : My friend is suffering from a bad case of GAS and his stomach is bloating really bad. How can he get rid of this?

If he is experiencing a significant amount of gas then he might try some simethicone which is available at the pharmacy. This should rapidly improve the symptoms.

If the symptoms do not improve with this intervention and he feels more uncomfortable or if the pain is worse than he should be evaluated by his local doctor or see someone in a local emergency room.
