it's GERD
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have read your query. It is GERD or Gastro Esophageal Refulx Disease that you are suffering from.
I am glad that your endoscopy is normal. However, you can still suffer from GERD with normal endoscopy.
What you are feeling in yoru chest after taking cold or hot water is nothing but normal. Everyone feels the same when taken hot or cold. You are feeling it more because of the GERD.
I would suggest you to take only lukewarm and mildly cold water, and not very hot and very cold water.
Continue your diet in the similar way that you are practicing now, you should be fine soon.
I hope your query is answered.
Take care and wish you good health.
Regards,
 lack of saliva secretion
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
It could be because of lack of saliva secretion from the salivary glands. It can be due to stone or other problems in the salivary glands.
Drink 2 glasses of water every one hour to prevent the same.
Regards,
 yes, you are right
