Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Gastric symptoms with mouth soreness can be due to nutritional deficiency like vitamin B deficiency. Other cause may be immune mediated disease like malabsorption syndrome.
Is there any mouth ulcers?
Any diarrhoea, fever or other medical conditions?
You can get vitamin B12 levels done
Take B complex containing vitamin B12 .
Opinion of a physician or gastroenterologist should be taken.

hi madam thanks for your reply
I have diarrhoea last 2 months and mouth ulcers also during that period I have visited doctor after that motions are controlled but gastric and mouth ulcers are repeated. what may be the reason for this condition and advice me to get cure this. what may be the main reason for this syndrome. thanks in advance. if any tests necessary pls suggest.

Hello,
Get vitamin B12 levels and hiv testing if there is any exposure history or any surgery or blood transfusion.
For treatment take Becasoule or rave 3 along with tetrafol plus .
Orasep gel for mouth ulcers.
Visit a gastroenterologist for further investigation if not improving.
